Aspyre Africa aims to ensure equal access to quality vocational training, relevant skills and decent work for the most vulnerable young people aged 15 to 25 in Senegal.

• At the grassroots level, we undertake projects to test and refine innovative solutions
• At the national level, we aim to bring about systemic change to address the root causes of the problem.
• We aim to be a facilitator, to participate in the mobilisation of stakeholders whether at local, regional or national level, to inspire collaboration and to support the development of sustainable solutions.

Bringing about long term solutions

• We engage with key stakeholders to map out existing initiatives, understand connections and power relations, build on existing knowledge and secure strategic partnerships
• We undertake research and document best practices (Model of Services) needed to accompany vulnerable young people throughout their integration process. Our aim is to provide stakeholders with a practical tool including recommendations, training modules and guidance to develop sustainable services tailored to the needs of the most vulnerable young people.
